RESERVATION POLICY: Persons under the age of 25 must be
accompanied by a parent.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 30 days PRIOR to arrival
December through April. 14 days PRIOR to arrival May through November.
A $75.00 office fee is applied to all cancellations.
We do not overbook. Late arrivals and early
departures will be charged.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Housekeeping is on a once a week basis unless alternative arrangements
are requested.

PARKING: One car space per unit – sorry no exceptions.
