Clearwater Beach is a natural beach and has never been re-nurished. A sand bar runs parallel to the beach which makes it excellant fo rswimming. From Clearwater Beach one can walk to Caladesi State Park.

The Ebb Tide is just north of SR 60 (Clearwater Beach): Approximately 25 mins to Tampa International Airport and St. Pete/Clearwater Airports and approximately 90 mins to Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Sea World and Universal. An hour to Legoland; 30 mins to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers stadium and the Tampa Bay Rays Tropicana Field.
